About Janneth
Janneth is a licensed Architect with over 15 years of experience in luxury residential architecture, interior design, and construction documentation.
Her career began in Los Cabos, Mexico, where she worked with Malver developing construction drawings for high-end custom oceanfront residences and collaborating with internationally recognized design firms and architects, including Trip Haenisch and Olson Kundig.
Her passion for interiors later led her to Sandra Espinet, where she worked as an in-house architect specializing in luxury interior design. She continued to expand her experience at Del Mar Development, working with homeowners on custom millwork, interior finishes, and design development while coordinating closely with design and construction teams.
In 2015, Janneth founded ID Drafter after recognizing the need for reliable technical support within the interior design industry. Combining her architectural background, interior design experience, and technical expertise, she created a company dedicated to helping designers bring their ideas from concept to construction-ready documentation.
Today, Janneth and her team work alongside interior designers across Toronto, providing detailed drafting and design development support and serving as a reliable extension of their teams.
